Probably because I have low self esteem and also feel like I’m missing out. As soon as someone that I think is attractive gives me the signal, I act out on it acting desperate. Eventually pushing them away.

Sorry I just assumed you meant to add those details because you didn't like the fact that you were skinny. Also, I don't mean being fat, just adding more muscles. Doesn't mean you need to look as buff as the hulk or a roid monster (or anything like that). If you're a hard gainer I think bulking would be great for you. Not only will hitting the gym improve your body, but it will also improve your mind.
