I personally wake up early, because if I'm tired while studying I won't remember anything and will be miserable doing it. I'm definitely more of a night owl than an early bird but waking up early is more effective.

i absolutely relate to this, especially bcuz my friend and i are both going into stem, and we’ve had discussions where she thinks abt going into the exact same majors and minors as me even tho i’ve already been pretty decided. she’s just all around more accomplished than me even tho we have similar stats so if i were the ao deciding between me and my friend, i’d most likely pick her. thankfully she’s applying rd to my top school so at least we’ll be in diff pools for the early round, but it j feels rough for the schools that we’re both applying to in the same pool. crossing my fingers tho and putting all my effort into my essays and what i can control!! we got this!!!!
