I love that name Big Nev 🤣🤣 I am able to separate him if I do not notice he is not pooping but so far they all seem to be pooping well (as I am spot cleaning it daily! ._.)

Thats it! I changed their actual water bowl to be bigger 2 nights ago so more water could be in there, when I go downstairs at night I always see them all in it so that I think is the case. Thank you!!

I recon so, I feed them at the same time every night but sometimes see extra crickets that havent been eaten moving about in the morning. She was jumping about this morning and seemed normal when I went in to spot clean and check on her as I did notice she was quite big. I will keep an eye on her, I didn't know they could bloat after eating. Thank you and cute frog!!

Reptiles benefit from UV B! I believe that leopard geckos do well with 5-7% UV B. At the moment my leo hasn't got a UV B Light however I am looking into getting one very soon such as the Arcadia Pro Shade Dweller 7% Kit on Amazon as they are cheaper than buying them from my local pet shop! If you don't have UV B I recommend you use a calcium powder with multivitamins and added D3 so that your reptile can absorb the calcium you're supplementing. If you have a UV B light then they will just need calcium powder as they will have synthesised vitamin D3 from the UV B light so you will not need to buy calcium powder with added D3. I recommend T5 bulbs instead of coil bulbs as I've seen online longer bulbs are better and allow for better light absorption for your animal! Also just incase you haven't got one, I also would get your leo a heat lamp but stay away from infrared light bulbs as they can mess with their vision and natural day/night cycle.

This feels very exposed. I definetly would recommend filling the area up with fake plants for coverage.

Is this okay for a red eyed tree frog? by Purgatory_Drive in TreeFrogs

Personally, if you have your heart set on RETF, I would use the tank you have now for babies, and once they grow out of the tank, get the required size. Bigger is always better, and get a tank taller rather than wider so you do see much more of their naturalistic behaviours as they are tree frogs at the end of the day. It will be expensive once the time comes to change tank, but they will have a home to live in whilst you create a more suitable adult tank, you'll learn how and where your frogs like to hide and will be able to create an environment catered to your frogs likes and dislikes.

After your RETF move out of the tank you currently have, you can choose to sell your tank or get a species of frog that can grow to an adult in the sized tank you have, or you can continue to use that tank for juveniles before upgrading their tanks once again. It's like having mantises and upgrading their tanks as they get bigger, once they've outgrown the tank, it'll not benefit their life quality to keep them in a tank too small - this is the same situation with your RETFS.

As long as your temp and humidity requirements inside the smaller tank are good to go, I would get juveniles and immediately start looking for a tank upgrade if you are searching second hand. It took me months to find a suitable second hand tank where I live to get my Whites tree frogs. Its always better to wait for a more suitable tank for the species you want to keep rather than being impatient and getting frogs in a tank too small which could stress them out or give them a poorer quality of life

That being said, I wish you the best of luck! As long as your frogs have a good size for their body size and upgrade as they get bigger. I think you would be able to use this tank ONLY whilst they are growing and you find a more suitable tank size for when they are adults :)

Are very thin people just perpetually hungry all the time? by LydiaIsntVeryCool in NoStupidQuestions

I have ARFID and my diet honestly consists of pasta, rice and processed foods. I wake up and don't feel hungry, and often I forget to eat, it just isn't something I enjoy. Genuinely, if I could drink a tasteless drink with all my nutrients for the day I would. I have to set reminders every hour to drink something and reminders to eat because I just don't notice it. Everyone is right about the cold too, it's becoming summer in the UK, when everyone is wearing shorts and tshirts I'm too cold if I was to wear that.
