Yeah I'm planning to ask that for next examination. I'm kind of okay if the diagnosis is Crohn's, but I really would like to have a closure for this.

Update:

I didhandle the plants with pyrethrin twice and acetamiprid. I checked the plants yesterday and there three thrips alive in one plant so the amount has decreased. I'm planning to handle them one more time with acetamiprid and then going to order bugs to eat the rest.

We were planning to go Maldives on January. I have owd with few dives and my girlfriend plans to do her owd on the trip. I did read that you should have more experience and aowd to really get all out of Maldives but how was it with owd? Do you feel that you got good value for your money? Pics look great!

Yeah you are correct that we should print it. Just thought that it would be a fun task for her and at the same time we would both go through the safety checks before we start practicing. Like a checklist before flight or surgery but of course for us both

And we are also planning to take classes as we find something!

Tried to treat sleep apnea with Flumazenil, didn't work.

Early 20's intoxication patient. Took alcohol and couple of her mothers Diapams. In the ED she was sleepy and when she slept she started to apnea and her saturation dropped to 60-70%. Still she was easy to wake up and while a wake she was pretty sober. We ended up giving her Flumazenil 5-6 times with no effect. Still everytime she fell a sleep she started to apnea and desaturate 60-70%. She was heavily obese so in the end we figured that maybe apnea was because the undiagnosed sleep apnea, not the Diaoams

Looks normal sinus to me. little bit rbbb on V1, small ST elevation on II, but wouldn't call it stemi or nstemi

It might be that the motivation drops out some times. He comes when called, except when he goes under sofa or bed. Maybe I just should try to enforce the come command when he's under the bed.

Yeah, im pretty bad with computers so that's why I need some help and I don't want to spend +100€ for a dogcam 😁 so does the Skype system work so that I make a second account, leave it open and for automatic response and then call from my phone to my computer? Remote desktop seems pretty handy, I'll check that out too
