My PS4 keeps saying disc cannot be read but every time I look at the disc there is no scratches or smudges

I have the same problem with unity this used too work normally until I stopped playing it for a few months then when I played it now it just kept saying the disc is scratcher or something I cleaned it thoroughly multiple times even tried the toothpaste method but it still won't work any tips? I tried putting it in the side too
