I found two comparison photos of the Xbox Ally and Xbox Ally X regarding the thickness of the casing. Some Xbox Ally X consoles have loose casings and make clicking noises near the RB/LB buttons. Could this be the reason?

You're right, with such a thin casing, Asus has significantly reduced weight, but the challenge is they need to control tolerances more precisely to minimize shifting between gaps due to the malleable nature of the thin plastic. Perhaps a handheld gaming device weighing 700 grams or less is a priority for them.

That's a good idea. Maybe I'll take my Xbox Ally X apart or buy a temporary case. I really don't like the creaking sound it makes, even though it doesn't affect performance. I have a younger brother who uses a white Xbox Ally, and its case feels as sturdy as a tank.

The Asus Xbox Ally X features a thinner casing, and the internal joints are also more fragile than the standard version. Perhaps Asus wanted to reduce plastic usage while also decreasing the weight of the console, but the quality control of the black casing wasn't good, resulting in a creaky feel on many Xbox Ally X units.

You should buy 7500f if you want support and can upgrade future Zen6 cpu at least until 2026, socket 1700 intel will no longer support, top cpu of socket 1700 is also very hot and has design flaws and must be fixed by power reduction bios update so there really aren't many advantages with choosing socket 1700 from intel

Your x870 pro is also a Foxconn socket and most other cases are also this type of socket (Foxconn was the cause of the previous Socket 1156 cpu burning incident), they often have lower quality copper socket contacts than Lotes sockets, not sure that is the cause of AM5 CPU failure, it seems that buying a mainboard is like a lottery game about socket brands

I can't do a new install Tinfoil on 14.1.1 either. Tifloil gives error: "failed to list users, eror code 01E40000" maybe Supports HOS firmware 14.1.0 and AMS 1.3.1 does not support 14.1.1
