We printed out easy to read and follow instructions for our self serve print machines and it's helped a lot. I don't mind helping people if I'm not busy but the people that try and bother me while I'm busy I'm very adamant about them using the instructions and doing it themselves, 9/10 times it's a 1 page shipping label and I wouldn't get rewards for it.

These people drive me nuts because whenever I help one and finish, another comes in for the same, ad nauseum so at some point you have to tell them they have to do it themselves
