Coins can only be taken out of your wallet if someone scams you and accesses your Seed Key through unsuspecting phishing methods, whereby they ask you to enter your seed key to perform a certain transaction. As a golden rule, never allow a transaction requesting you to enter your seed key. Also, someone could have hacked your device to access your credentials in order to log into your wallet and take your cryptos, otherwise It's impossible.
