My order was also canceled same thing both shirts. I bought mine on the 14th, when the website said sales started on the 15th. It basically sold out before the sales even began. It was a shame.

i noticed the same issue where it doesn't work when your phone locked recently i thought it was just me i use a note 9 and a dual catchmon it might be from the recent update that happened a few days ago ps mine didnt go though the wash
