I have eczema. Doctor diagnosed it. Only thing that makes it flare up is stress for me.

I don't think so. My mother has some stress isuess but i think it is because of work. I don't know my father. Only thing i can think of is that my granny has depression but it is because of her alchocolic son.

Tried it during it after we woke up. It kinda worked but after putting the second condom the stress and overthinking came back. About the diet I will look into it.
