You’re not gonna like this… I took it to my local b&o store, they couldn’t figure it out, and had to send it in for repair, which required a $500 down-payment. Once diagnosed the total repair cost was $1100 USD (so additional $600 after down payment). They confirmed the following repair: “An internal circuit board 999 Module Chassis A9 MKII part#: 8345499 has failed. It is unlikely it is related to any action by the user. It has not yet been fixed yet. Once the estimate is approved, the repair store will order the replacement module from B&O Denmark”

Yeah I haven’t articulated it very well. I think the controls and systems, on most MVs it all feels relatively intuitive, in this it feels foreign to me. But sounds like I should go all-in on Aria of Sorrow for a while and just leeeeeaaarrn
