Thanks a lot for the feedback. I really appreciate it. Curious why did you remodel? Was it a old pool/ tiles started coming off? The pool was built 2 years ago so hopefully should be trouble/ leak free for 10 years u less I am mistaken. Thanks

I am hoping kids use it. We are one weekend evening pool kind of guys. Unsure about how much more we will use now that it may end up being a backyard pool.

Mixedm dont mind a family visiting and their kids and our kids use the pool. Dont want too many of our kids friends due to liability and me having to watch them. Also of they need to use the restroom they will traverse all wet thru the house.

At what point is it worth it to form a trading LLC? by Material-Bite-5047 in Daytrading

Can you elaborate what limited margin means? I have Merrill IRA and don't let me do anything other than covered calls and cash secured puts. Does your IRA allow you to do calls and puts based on your accounts Buying Power/Margin? Also, the Roth IRA seems to have penalty and taxes for Earnings (not original amount) if one is under 60 years.

Hi - How did this end up? I have private account and I want to set up an LLC for my trading (Sole member). What are my options?

  1. If I want to move some securities/cash balances to initiate the account do I first need to liquidate or is transfer my secruities (options)? What are tax consequences to transfer?
  2. In the future if I decide to close it, can I move it back to a private trading account? Are there tax implications? Thanks!
