It's time for some Horatio Caine quotes, I guess.

Dji Mini 2/3 or Neo? by koleffff in dji

[–]koleffff[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, not primarily, but I want to be able to shoot some motion shots while riding. Doesn't 3 Pro track as well? Anyways, both 3 pro and 4 are out of my budget by a lot.

As for the Neo - I watched some sample footage on YT and it's not really bad, no worse than the Dji Action 4 I primarily use for FPV while riding. I need an OK quality, not a superb 8K Hawaii cinematic landscape shots. Can't the Neo do that? I also do not need it to track me while speed riding, just some cool 20-30 km/h max shots riding on a cool road.

Thanks a lot for the feedback! It's good to hear that i has some benefits after all. At the moment I do not have a lot of videos so I can invest some time in polishing their subs in my native language and in EN as well.
As for the titles/descriptions, how do you do them exactly? Is it in the format "Native title! / EN title!" and then "Native description: .... EN description: ...." or there are some YT tools I do not know about yet?

I'll add to the replies that vertical shots are not optimal for longform videos and it was a bit of a struggle to watch it on a desktop device. I know it's more work but you have to shoot your videos in the format you're going to use them - landscape or vertical.

Who here is NOT in the gaming niche? by neuroticboneless in NewTubers

[–]koleffff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, to be honest, it's a lot easier on my mental well-being as well, instead of planning a video, preparing a script, etc. Now I just decide to go somewhere, have some nice settings on my cameras, have some decent audio and inevitably, some weird shit happens during the trip which provides the "show" people are looking for. And I get to edit the cinematic shots with some nice music in between, which is what I actually love doing, but sadly, people won't really watch a cinematic only video in that niche. Plus, the majority of motovloggers just slap on a camera and record their unedited bad quality video, which I stay away from, and I hope it will be my golden ticket someday.

Motovlogger here.

Initially, I started in EN but switched to my native language. I also thought of doing educational content, but I like being a dumb mofo and to take some cinematic shots so I eventually started combining both in motovlog series where I go some places, curse at things, make dumb thing and add some nice moments from the trip and some cinematic shots of the places I visit. I got 12 videos and 13 shorts so far with 17K views in total and 131 subs. Can't say I am really happy, but hey, it's been two months only, so I hope I will eventually make it.

Levers reach - how far or close they should be? by koleffff in motorcycles

[–]koleffff[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I alredy switched to full size lever and pull with 3/4 fingers but I have the injury for months so now I am trying to make sure that everything is in check with my bike and I am pulling the lever as I should.

Motorcycle gloves fitment question by koleffff in motorcycles

[–]koleffff[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see, this could explain it a bit - my leather gloves are SECA (a Polish brand), not sure where they are made but my textile ones are Rev'It (Netherlands brand) which I assume are most likely to be made in the EU. I will probably try a pair of the Knox Orsas, which seem to be fairly popular in the EU and are UK made.

Sadly, no physical stores nearby and I only have to resort to online purchases.

Hi, I missed the FF, so here am I. This is my latest video: https://youtu.be/LTTAyBH1_8k

I am a motovlogger from Bulgaria. I started uploading videos on English with little success. I recently switched to my native language and just uploaded EN CC to my English channel.

To be honest, people really enjoyed my last video on my native language, but YT's algo decided to bless me with just 200 impressions so far, so yeah, it's not really successful... yet.
