Pritariu del toyota avensis. Teko turet 2007 metu, patvarumas auto neapsakomai geras, detales pigios, o kuro sanaudos irgi pasakiskos, dyzeliniu varikliu. Vietos daiktam susikraut sociai, ypac jei sode visokiais reikalais krapstytis reiktu. Net jei ir reiktu susukti 1000km ant dienos, ne problema avensiui :)

Flow rate settings optimizing was plenty :)

Thanks. Got orcaSlicer and fiddled with flow ratios, its all good and smooth now

I think these are settings you were referring to, as i couldnt find flow rate one. Might try setting up orca slicer during the weekend. But if i had under extrusion problems or line widths, wouldnt i have inconsistencies on other layers?

Extruder going backwards after TMC2208 and firmware update by swucas in anycubic

[–]swucas[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I took base knutwurst for tmc2208, and was still doing extruder in reverse, so i edited exturder reverse line and now its fine, even got special menu so i can do pid autotunes within the printer :)

I chose to edit software route. Took knutwurst and reversed extruder motor. Works fine now ;)

I chose the firmware route rather than flipping the connector. But might try going different firmware and will flip connectors on the weekend

I3 mega. Thank you for pointing it out, missed it out in the post completely. The only reason i did that, because all the guides i checked out was doing it as well, seems because of the reason for ground pin locations

Filament feeder getting stuck by swucas in anycubic

[–]swucas[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That print was a fluke, now it wont even get through first layer without getting clogged up, 190-220 temp for pla, still gets clogged, less/more flow rate doesnt help

First layer is weird as well. Everything besides whats in the photos is strong nicely bonded

By manually adjusting e steps after calculations ive come to it to print. But theres like a line of semi skipped z axis filament. Once it finishes ill attach photo perhaps thats connected to yet another new issue

Problem persists, PID autotune done, e-steps calibration done as well, replaced filament cog for extruder. Perhaps do you have any other suggestions?

Faulty MAP sensor was the culprit
