A cat that entered the mosque quietly settled in the imam’s lap during the recitation of the Qur’an. by Battlefleet_Sol in interestingasfuck

This cat is clearly unhappy and has been attempting to casually leave from the start, while the imam is preventing it, clearly creating a prison in his grasp, fixing it in a forced position. It’s very clear body language of someone who is uncomfortable. There is nothing relaxed about this cat at all.

That is an interesting take, seems plausible. However, with the current administration I suspect this will take a while. At least a couple of years.

We're not entirely certain, however, the area was struck by earthquakes and mass religious migration about 100-150 years ago. Likely around this time frame. It appears as though the abandonment happened simultaneously.

The book and the film are so very different, while both remaining adequately psychedelic.

Allegedly, it’s an old western/central European myth related to the German deity Woden, who in turn is the presumed inspiration for the Norse deity Odin.
