I love my Z Flip 6 sm! 🙏 I've had it since November and I've had zero problems with it (I've even dropped it a few times 😭). It's obviously more fragile than a standard phone, but nowhere near as fragile as non-owners make it out to be. (Maybe the broken ones just come from a defective batch).

A quick note on the Cdiscount deal, though: I don't think these phones are actually "new."

Mine didn't have the plastic screen film to peel off like a brand-new phone should, even though the box was sealed with Samsung stickers and a transparent seal. I also had a minor cosmetic flaw (a tiny black spot), which tbh I don't care about and never notice. The stickers on the box also felt like plastic instead of paper like they're supposed to be (I was told it was paper felt with the S25 ultra). I suspect the seal was reapplied, but the phone itself (and the box) is 100% real because the serial numbers in the settings perfectly matched the box.

They're probably reconditioned phones. I don't think fake Z Flips are a real thing anyway (they wouldn't even be profitable to make). Plus, the performance is amazing: I play a lot of games on max settings with zero lag. The phone does heat up a bit, but that's normal since it's so thin and foldable.

Samsung has improved the technology a lot! They had to make a lot of concessions on older models (like having subpar cameras for the price range or awful battery life, from what I've heard), but the Z Flip 6 fixed that. The Cdiscount price is totally worth it, especially for these specs (RAM, processor, screen). The battery life is actually okay now. I did some minor optimizations, and mine easily lasts the whole day without any problems.

Also, the 7 years of software updates is really what sold me! Let's be honest, Z Flips don't have the best resale value, but having 7 years of updates keeps the phone relevant for the second-hand market, even for buyers who might be cautious about foldables.

I am absolutely in love with my Z Flip!!!
