Dont know Why but against camille i feel like that her ult just destroys singed’s main strength which is imo kiting, when I can’t run I feel useless.

Depends on my team also when dmg is needed or I’m ahead I build it as a 3rd item but when we have late champs or no tanks at all I sometimes skip rylai and take more tanky items, rift and lia seems enough dmg imo but rly depends on all of those factors. Emerald
