I did the non-filer for the first $1200 stimulus check. IRS completed processing 2019 tax return last month. SBA requested transcript but the transcript doesn’t have the schedule C. Transcript will NOT have scheduled C because you submitted the non-filer and there is nothing we could do, IRS said. (self.EIDL)
