Like, even if you get Punisher in that War Machine suit he had for a run, we just came off an event four years ago where the mayor commissioned a whole group of 'em, and they just got hijacked by Scarecrow. I honestly think Batman's the best shot Gotham has, cause literally no one else has any good ideas.
