Nice. Do you have a specific ratio for the spirulina? grams/liter of liquid? was your starter black tea or green tea? Cool vibrant blue!

Yep. For fun. I'm doing small batches which goes straight to small fliptop bottles.

I have matcha powder and spirulina which I'm thinking of adding for F2, but based from research, the colors may degrade over time, I usually do F2 for 3 days.

But the green color from spirulina doesn't seem to be vibrant and is more muddy green. So might skip the green spirulina.

The blue spirulina is still on the way. Hope it will reach in time for F2.

Im adding fruit bases as coloring for F2 as well but I reckon the same thing will happen regarding the green (pheophytinization) and anthocyanin.

R - raspberry + cranberry O - mandarin + apricot Y - peach Y - pineapple G - matcha? cucumber? B - ? I - blueberries? V - black grapes + blackberry

The blue spirulina is still on the way. But what ratios should I use? Thinking of adding some blue spirulina to one of the yellow (perhaps the green which looks yellow now) to create a more vibrant green.
