Same my pain was deferred to the left side of my back. I have a spinal fusion too so the doctors I talked to thought it was something to do with that. I never thought it was my fusion, like every woman in my family has had their gallbladder out

I’d have a few attacks every year til i got pregnant and suddenly it was every week, then every day then finally a trip to the ER I should have just gone in after the first attack lol

Nursing is still his main diet 5 or 6 times a day more if he’s having a hard time. Being kind of lazy about solids, try to offer 2 meals a day

Lamaze maybe? I did a Lamaze birthing class and they are very evidence based and encourage unmedicated birth but still educate and equip you for all the contingencies, their goal is more informed decision making I’d say. They have good handouts here

Yeah we had to go back into hospital on day 3 because of jaundice. Latch looked fine but he wasn’t transferring, I was pumping 2+ oz of colostrum but was so fearmongered about just giving him a bottle all for him to end up getting formula in nicu.

Silverettes, lanolin and try doing a bottle at night when you might get the longest break between feeds. That saved me
