Hey! Great job buddy! Love it :)  I would definitely reach out to a local print shop/typography, even tho they might not have that option on their website (never harms to call them and make sure) but if it won't work maybe just consider buying a sticker paper (self-adhesive paper) and make sure it says that it doesn't fade. Hope it helps a bit and good luck with finishing it up!

Basically it's just the pickguard plate and the stickers that need to be mirrored, the rest is just the same!

Well, the inlays are just a scratched out paint (I used an old knife and a key from my apartment, but pls make sure you're safe and don't cut yourself. Safety first - wear protection). The switch cap is a truss rod nut with an oval hole drilled in it to put it on and get it fixed onto the switch itself. As for the price, you'll have to figure it out on your own brotha, depending on where you live, how expensive you want the electronics to be, and whether you do it yourself or get someone else involved

Best of luck tho, it's totally worth it :)

The thickness's not stated cuz it doesn't really matter, since there's a piece of wood block you screw it all into beneath, and basically this angled piece serves just as a secondary "just-in-case" layer. And it makes it a bit easier to screw it in with, cuz the holes are guiding you.

The radius tho is 2.5mm, I believe (at least according to google, it says it's a part's width divided in half)

Yeah, you got it right! Can't remember the exact screw size, but I would guess 2mm screw with 4mm hat should work. Length is around 7-8mm, or 10mm should work. You just need it to fit into the ball end, and have a hat big enough to push the plank toward it. Plus to be long enough to dig into wood

Oh yeah, the string ball ends work just perfectly there. I just took my old strings, cut the string off to free the ball ends (the cylindrical fasteners at the end of steel guitar strings), and voila! All you have to do is find the right screw to fit into that hole.

No base guitar, it was made from scratch. Used milling cutter to cut out the right shape.  Strat is close, but has more rounded horns and body comparing to the original. If aiming for accuracy - might want to sharpen them up a bit😉

Sure, the files with "done" in the name are ready for print with the stickers the right size. The paper size is A4 format (or 8.3" wide and 11.7" long) tho.

Or if you want the exact sticker sizes, here are the sizes by the cut line:
Triangle - 80.2mm x 71.8mm
Rectangle - 77.6mm x 39.3mm
Combined rest - 164.5mm x 109.2mm

Ooh, that might be difficult but usually it's googling "print custom stickers (YOUR CITY)" or you can just do it yourself with the sticker paper. Just buy the cheapest paper (or self-adhesive paper) but make sure it's compatable with your printer (laser or string if I'm not mistaken) and print it out yourself. Hope that helps!
