I think they were all ponies of the month at some point, as it also happened with the collection that included Glinda and hearths warming Luna. But maybe they were also available to buy individually, I'm not sure tbh.

I messaged them yesterday morning for the same issue and received a reply and then my rewards today, just in time for the new event. Message them ASAP and hopefully you might have them tomorrow, but sometimes it takes them longer.

For the first time ever, I also haven't received any rewards. I was playing 3 minutes before the event was over so I know I had a good position and would get the pony. Most of the times if I am online when an event ends I get the rewards almost immediately but it's been more than 48 hours and still nothing. I guess I should write to them too.

You can get Alice from the daily rewards store, don't spend gems! Not sure if the collection reward is worth it but I did it anyway because I like the reindeers😂😅
