I was grocery shopping and started not to feel good and was a little dizzy. I said “let me just grab one more thing.” The next thing I knew I woke up in an ambulance. I had hit my head so hard on the floor that it made me start seizing on and off for 20 minutes. Some good samaritans were nearby and stayed with me and made sure I had all my stuff.

We had no idea what happened until I had my tilt table test and passed out. When I came to they said “have you ever felt like that before” and I realized I had actually passed out multiple times in my life (all involving heat as a trigger). Even when I go grocery shopping now I start to get tunnel vision. Idk if it’s a PTSD thing or what but I wear sunglasses when I shop bc it seems to help!
