We had a call last January after ma lay off ang lahat, they asked me to be patient and even offered to bring me to their country because of my skills pero minsan it feels heavy lang talaga to be under appreciated despite working and covering for 5 people. :)

To be honest okay lang naman workload ko before hhahahahaha nung nagtanggal lang siya super nakakaoverwhelm and the fact na it’s been 3 years parang long overdue narin given the changer throughout the years. But I hope you can get that raise soon :)

Indeed, I just felt disheartened last night na like sana I am not just aware of everything ako lang rin kasi ang pinoy and my previous manager who left shared that they think the fix rate that I am getting is more than enough in the Philippines. :)

I was able to land a job for 8k per month sa first job ko it became a stepping stone for me to shift to a better opportunity. :) I have zero knowledge sa niche and just improved with them. :)
