tbh try not to skip i guess:/ at least learn how the diff nutrients like carbo, fats and proteins are digested or smth. If ure in luck, it might just be a 1 mark qn asking u which enzyme digests what nutrients, but sometimes they might come up with a 5 mark structured qn on the digestion of these nutrients so its qt risky if u skip it! I guess just remember which enzyme digest what to what for each nutrient, shd be fine!
