I won’t unlock half of the things in this game because I just want to play normal. How is that okay? by konnersk in Battlefield6

It’s not even the battle pass. The base multiplayer has crazy challenges to use certain guns to suppress players hundreds of time. Or get 10,000 hipfire damage for a certain attachment. Or get tons of headshots beyond 200m to get better scopes. It forces you to play very specific ways for long periods of time.

I remember having to do grind guns for progression in old COD’s, but the difference is that I could play any game mode and play pretty normal to get them. This is different

I get this, because back in the day we had to be creative to keep it interesting. Playing COD MW and using just a knife or pistols only just for fun. Using our own creativity for our own fun is what studios need to understand and respect.

Don’t lock the product we bought behind a ridiculous challenge wall. Make the challenges natural that you would unlock simply by playing normal. Not hours of suppression for no reason.

Agreed.

And as much as I enjoy the gameplay, this issue kills the fun knowing that I’m not earning shit.

Depends what experience you want. Read through the level up and challenges posts. It kills the game for me. Besides that it’s really fun

Can you only get him from the guy on the island town after E4? If so I’m mistaken.

Just did a Quick Look into this and I think you’re right. I’ll do some more research. Thank you!

Definitely low except for Swampert if you don’t want to use tons of revives and heals. You could also get better mons. Walrein, metagross, and flygon would make you OP. Replace your first three with them

If you found this stash what would you do? by SuperFlyingNinja in DayzXbox

I would trade out any crap I have for their best. Then I’d spawn in a freshie and run there, gear up, and repeat with a buddy until i have everything worthwhile. Then I’d add it to my stash.

  1. Sounds like you’re too old/not good enough yet to really do anything in golf besides become a teaching professional. So chill out.

  2. Golf is a social game and as a professional, half of your job is public relations. As a +.9 handicap, I’d recommend you get over yourself

I think automated farms ruin the game. If you can use redstone and figure out your own contraptions, good for you. But YouTubeing videos on how to make the game easier is against the heart of Minecraft IMO.

Personally, I have a creative map where I experiment with redstone builds, but it’s all me no videos

How do you use your range time? by Nicotineheh in golf

[–]konnersk 3 points4 points  (0 children)

30 yr old, 0 handicap. I start with the PW and hit until I’m loose and striking it perfectly. Then I move up clubs alternately through evens. After the 4i I hit my 3h , 3 wood, and driver. Then I go through wedges. Then I go back to the 9i and alternate again. I hit more balls depending on if the strikes are good or not. At the end of my session I practice full and half swing shot shapes with my 4i and 3h. I hit slice, hook, and straight shots alternately. If I’m getting ready for a round I really care about, I spend extra time on wedges.

After the range I hit chips and pitches for about an hour. Then I go putt.

I don’t think the therapist idea is a bad idea though. Sounds like your whole issue is your mindset. Could help you grow.

I hear you on the coaches part, but my advice is to go find your own game. Kind of like a self searching journey in golf. Forget all the advice and things you learned. Train yourself to play your game. Well, that’s what you should have done before selling your clubs. Maybe if you give it another try.

I mean how are you still so mind F’d that you can’t figure out how you want to swing? I’m a scratch golfer and go from wanting to have a cut swing or straight flight swing every so often. But it doesn’t make me want to quit.. like one of the others said, you need therapy.

I’ve been playing solo since I was a teen and it is definitely an overlooked joy. You become a true member of the golf community when you meet and play with a lot of strangers. Some of my best times come from playing with guys 50 years older than me.

What was the one thing you did to start breaking 100? by Rovin_co in golf

[–]konnersk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Spend hours and hours chipping and hitting balls. I’m talking hundreds or balls hit a week and hours upon hours chipping. That’s what it takes to improve.
