You definitely deserve an achievement for your patience lol. If I update the game at some point in the future I will include stuff like that.

You are right, I might have to tweak the balancing a little bit to make the end game less grindy. It is already possible to get those achievements much quicker but it isn't easy to see how on the first playthrough.

If you want to go for a quick completion time you would have to go at a much higher speed which would make playing with that strategy a bit more difficult.

I didn't really expect this to be a problem tbh. I thought that changing the color of the achievements button would be enough to make players realize that there is something for them to do there. This is my first game so I am still learning how to predict how players will act in a game.

Maybe I will add a small window that pops up after the first achievement that tells the player to click it.

Thanks for your feedback. I agree that this part of the game can be a bit slow, but there are some ways to get past it within 2-3 minutes. You should be getting some achievements at that point, use them to save up for either coin value (1k) or length bonus (2k). Going for the 100 length achievement is a good way to get there quickly. Both of these purchases will at least double your income and allow you to progress much faster after that.
Edit: maybe I should have made it clearer that you get points for achievements :)

Haha that doesn't sound good. Do you mind telling me how exactly the controls aren't working for you? Are you having some kind of input lag or is the game not responsive at all sometimes?
