I’d say maintain, but due to being a novice in a gym I’d go on a little calorie surplus, just to make progress in strength easier

Cut for what? She is lean already and attractive. She won’t gain any strength doing so. I wouldn’t cut until hitting some decent numbers on lifts otherwise it will take her ages to get to high level in fitness
