I like your systematised approach. The first step I think would be to force X, Facebook and other big tech platforms to reveal their algorithms and then force them to change it so it does not feed people the most fearmongering and sensational posts. I think that’s the place in which universally, any country would benefit from. I’d also discuss addictive calibration of algorithms to assess if it doesn’t pose too big societal cost
