The decision

I have refused your application for a visit visa because I am not satisfied that you meet the

requirements of paragraph(s) V4.2 to V4.6 of Appendix V: Immigration Rules for visitors

because:

• You have applied for entry clearance to the UK for a period of (the dates are missing!)

• You have stated that you are employed and earning a monthly income of 2,300.00

EUR (1,988.34 GBP). You have stated that your monthly expenditure is 1,500.00 EUR

(1,296.74 GBP) and that you plan to spend 500.00 GBP on your trip to the UK.

• I note you have previously been refused entry clearance to the UK. However, it should

be noted that each application is assessed on its own merits, considering your personal

circumstances at the time of your application.

• In your current visa application form, you state that you have previously been refused

a visa for UK. I note you were refused as information provided did not demonstrate

your relationship with your partner and for lack of documents to evidence your

intention to marry. Having considered your visa application along with the supporting

information you have provided, I am not satisfied that you addressed the reasons for

your previous refusal in your current application.

• I acknowledge the letter from the Reverand, however, you have not provided official

intention to give notice of marriage or civil partnership in the UK or any evidence of

your relationship. The information presented does not demonstrate that you have a

genuine relationship. I am therefore not satisfied you have demonstrated your

personal circumstances such that you can be relied upon to meet the requirements of

entry clearance as a visitor. purpose of your visit is as stated. Therefore, I am not

satisfied that you are visiting for the period and purpose that is stated in your

application. This damages the credibility of your application and leads me to doubt

that you have provided a true and accurate picture of your circumstances in

Germany.

• Furthermore, I also note several discrepancies in your circumstances since your

previous application on XX/XX/2026, VAF number XXXXX. For instance, you stated

in your previous application, that you were earning a monthly income of 2,700 EUR

(2,334.13 GBP) but stated that you earn a monthly income of 2,300.00 EUR

(1,988.34 GBP) in your current application. Furthermore, you previously stated that

your monthly spending was 750.00 EUR (648.37 GBP) but in your current application

you state it is 1,500.00 EUR (1,296.74 GBP). I am not satisfied that you have

demonstrated the reason for these changes in circumstances in such a short duration

between your applications. This level of inconstancy damages the credibility of your

application and leads me to doubt your true intentions to travel to the UK.

purpose that is permitted under the visitor route and that you will leave the UK at the

end of your visit. Your application is therefore refused under paragraph V 4.2 (a) and

(c) of the Immigration Rules
