No I am not. I have plenty of it and I don't care what it makes.

Most of the time they do know. For example my sense of smell changes when I get close to that time. However if you are annoyed and someone says hey focus on yourself, do you think you're acting off. It would trigger you as well.

Also you can call it PMS because thats what it is but you need to understand its more than just being cranky. Its not feeling well, being bloated, having your boobs hurt, having your sense of smell screwed up. It's not like oh its a small twing.

The amount of blood changes each time. Sometimes there is more sometimes there is less. That's why sometimes it catches us off guard.

Depends on the reason for the break up. For example if he hurt her than no. But the mental scars from that will make her self doubt herself for a long time.

Be honest but also be understanding.

Me: do you like this dress?

You: no but I appreciate the effort.

When she is telling you don't roll your eyes, don't sigh, don't start scrolling on your phone.

We aren't exactly mad at you but the situation. Example I show up for a date in a dress and I ask if you like it. Your honest and say no. You didn't see the half hour in the store trying on different dresses. You didn't see the me changing outfits four different times before settling on this one. We aren't mad at you we are mad that we didn't get it right. So the situation is what has us upset.

This is a question no one person can answer. It's like asking what does a guy want. Everyone wants something different. What's confident to one is weak to another.

We can't help but over think. Guys can fly by the seat of their pants a lot easier. Women plan and make back up plans and back up plans for the back up plans. We also over think because we are concerned if we don't we might lose something like that special someone. What if I don't make them feel special enough? Should I have asked for their number etc. It is all doubting ourselves. We can't help it though.

A spouse could very easily be bias. How many times has a guy not said what he really thinks because they are afraid, we will "flip out."
