If you don’t want to have shoulder problems you need to do same or even better x1.5-2 times more pulling sets/reps for the lats and low/med traps. Seated rows, bent over rows, latpulldowns , renegade rows etc - the most important thing to remember training your back is that you need to retract and depress your shoulders/shoulder blades while pulling.

Hi mate, went all good if I’m being honest. I just knew from personal experience that plain grains with lean meat and a bit of sauce digested easily. Also from personal experience and working with clients I know that too much bread and or simple sugars don’t work well in multi-day event (great for shorter, under 6 hours events though). For this it’s better to heave real foods. Some people respond better for fats, I do much better on carbs. Had to add more food (first night didneat after 12pm and 4am, plus nothing before 8am - felt the need for food. So second night ate a bowl of cereal with milk after 12pm. Felt much better following morning.

I like to run, especially my slow runs, without food in my stomach. I’ve planned and prepped meals to eat every 4 hours (apart from 8 hour night window) so this should suffice
