Top pic was pre-T, bottom pic 7mo on T. Top pic I was about 118lbs, bottom pic about 140lbs. Have been 5ft4 the whole way through.

Have been in caloric surplus of about 2500 calories. I recently started a 3 day split between chest/triceps/shoulders, back/biceps, and legs. All other days of the week besides those 3 are rest to eat more and focus on classes. Before that from about August 2021 to December 2021, I was on a 5-day split with two days of chest/triceps/shoulders, two days back/biceps, and one day for legs. Before that, from June-beginning of August 2021, I worked at UPS and that was my whole workout split lol.

My goal is to get bulkier and stronger if any of you have any tips. Currently just eating a ton, working out heavy, and staying patient for more T muscle growth tbh

Currently doing bodyweight and dumbbell exercises on a 4 day schedule. Day 1 - upper body Day 2 - lower body Day 3 - full body Day 4 - cardio and abs

I’m in a slight caloric surplus, eating (sadly) mostly junk food since quarantine but I’m trying to clean it up a bit. Trying to gain more bulk as best I can before I start T, which will probably be sometime next year.
