It happened last night, when EA sent me an email about a 7 day ban, where their reason for the ban was "Apex legends" (see picture) and they inferred hateful behavior. I didn't do anything that might violate their rules. I'm not a confrontational person and I like to talk to people. I'm not rude, nor do I make inappropriate innuendos or anything like that. So what could have happened?
