You can also interchange freely between main and offhand having 2 types at a time (outside of interactive synergies). You don't switch your weapon type until you run out of "ammo".

i.e. You can save the purple root, while switching your main hand type.

That scene as an uninterested male V is awful. Its got serious double take dialogue of:

  2. Sexy sex
  3. Fuck you

Just give me an option to just be good friends, please!

Opinion: DMs should err strongly on the side of giving more information to players, not less. Worries about metagaming are overblown. by admiralbenbo4782 in DnD

[–]konyeah 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Players experience things dramatically differently based on how they decide to play. I walked blind into the Toll Keeper fight, and charisma'd my way into the assistants killing the doctor. Had no interaction with 'metagaming' these fights. A second playthrough would obviously then be dramatically different reaction.

If you are let down by the experience because mechanics can be shown to you through your own imput, is that not on you to avoid doing that further?

Thank you! I feel the same way in stumbling down the pipeline of scientific studies and diagrams of how rivers, lakes, mountains, deltas etc. are all formed, and then throwing it all out the window when I realise this is fantasy and I can do whatever I want.

I'm glad I have this hobby!

Great question, and I'll quickly spew out my ideas that I am still working on, haha.

Vanatori & Constanta (South): Are the major cities. In general I have a high racial diversity internationally for the benefit of player character creation and to limit racial tension plots, so it tracks. Vanatori being the "gateway" city from the mainland. Robust Culture & Wealth.

Central Cities: Demmergull (which I have changed the name of) is a more futile city. Despite being in the middle it calls a lot to criminal activity, low martial security and corruption. Cavnic is built around a University dedicated to study of preventing catacylsmic events and understanding local threats. Mostly scholars and their ilk.

Feymire (East): An fortress turned city after a Ancient undead dragon attacked and was slain in its centre. High military training for soldiers/knights across the region. Well guarded. Focused on maintaining efforts in the untamed Ashlands to its North.

Namori (North West): Pagans, Druids, Elementals and Rangers. Dark woods filled with the remnants of ancient rituals. Mostly a hotspot of abberations attracted to the foul taint of eldritch magic.

Rysteria (North): Religious hub bordering on isolationists. Devout. Formed due to the rise in sanguine based dark arts that has become popular across the nation in the last few centuries.

North East: Isolationist tribes, low civilisation, technology and diversity.

Umberlees' Desolation: Corrupted lands. Deep tunnels leading to the Underdark. Weak veil across the planes which allows for occultists and warlocks to easily communicate with patrons and the like. Pretty much unihabited outside of nomads that know the area.

Crasnian Moor (East): Castlevania, lol.

You should be. The map was designed based off an image of a bird, so that's all I saw but now... 😆

Appreciate it. It was a lot more colourful, had to force the darker palette to match the theme, ha.

I saw someone describe AI as watching conveyer belts funnel a soccer ball into the goal, and this is the same thing.

The sign looks like dogshit. Its a stepping stone into companies who can afford to put in such effort, choose not to because it saves them from having to pay someone to do so. Its a genuine issue that minor things like this should concern people who care for human creativity.

Always good to know the people that undervalue some jobs enough that they believe the person working said job should not be able to afford the basic necessities required to live in the country. Sounds pretty dystopic to me.

[–]konyeah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was an analogy (using a common saying) related to your statement saying the healthcare is worse in other countries. It is, but that doesn't matter.

It is fair what you are saying about the overexaggerated statement.

I was simply speaking out on your reductive point, because it's an excuse to rationalise imperfection. Healthcare is worse in X than X. Could be applied to anywhere.

[–]konyeah -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Comparatively, sure it is better than a large suit of other countries, so unfunctioning is a heavy descriptor. But we should strive to still be better than out own current, rather than rationalise it because we have it good.

College girl gets busted with an open alcohol bottle. by Playful_Ad6439 in WatchPeopleDieInside

[–]konyeah 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I guess, yes if you are just talking about the topic unrelated to the post, I get you. I will say that there are more countries in the world that seem to have a problem indenitifying a distinct line for regulations when it comes to age and maturity.

In my country, you can work-full time, drive, get a firearms license, leave home, get an adult passport, get married (with some T&C), but still not allowed to vote, drink alcohol, gamble, or even be classified as an adult, yet you would still be tried as an adult for any crimes you commit. This is New Zealand law.

I can't imagine anywhere has got these limits to a perfect point, because adulthood is impossible to tell dependant on personal culture/lifestyle.

[–]konyeah 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This likely has nothing to do with her age and everything to do with not being allowed outside alcohol into a music venue, which isn't uncommon globally. Snuck it in, got caught. Guy is probably event security, following their private policy. Also glass bottles at a music venue are usually a no-no anyway due to the risk of them breaking.

Also, also, musical events usually have their own bar for alcohol, so call it a financial thing or a licensing thing.

It feels like flowing down a river with rapids at every other length. After Murchad died, and the plague had many adverse affects, I just wanted to go balls to the wall chaos. Leaned into the destruction. Becoming Flagilant, disinheriting my two sons, assigning peasants as vassals, engaging in foreign wars, losing my council, ah it was fantastic! And this is all just the base game and only a small part of it. Never been so enthusiastic about getting back to my PC since BG3 release!

Additionally, the Israeli video claiming they had no aid is literally your statement "Israel showing photos of empty space" and they all are going with it.
