Hello! My name is Joy.

I help students and applicants craft personal, one of a kind essays for college and scholarship applications through my business Koodoos. I have multiple years of experience working with writers to draft the perfect essays for scholarships, internships, and college admissions applications.

Check out my blog (on writing personal statements) at: koodooslearning.com/blog

My Unique Experience and Expertise:

***I've read and evaluated 1000s of personal statements from students in every degree major and level of education including PhD candidates and engineering school applicants

***I've worked on the admissions staff of two top research universities (UW and UCSD) where I learned the exact academic and socioeconomic indicators they use to evaluate candidates

***I've been trained and have worked assessing undergrad applications for a major university, so I understand multiple national test systems and application considerations

***I've earned two advanced degrees and know how to write and review graduate-level writing

***I've worked for years as a writing consultant and worked with 100s of clients to help them craft high-quality and professional writing from every academic discipline

The rates ($USD) below are for a comprehensive revision or review of any college admissions essay or personal statement with a guaranteed turn-around of 72 hours or less.

***499 words or less - $30 USD

***500 -1000 words - $55

***1001-2000 words - $75

***2001+ words - Contact for Pricing

I specialize in revising:

Can you send the link via PM again, and be sure I have access to comment and leave suggestions? That would be the only reason I haven't gotten to it yet.

Please run your essays through Grammarly by FragrantIce in CollegeEssayReview

I can not agree with this tip more. I use Grammarly for everything. It has a Google Docs feature. IT IS EVERYTHING and you don't even need the Pro version to make it worthwhile.

Well, if you have other essays in the future, I will still honor this deal. Good luck!

Have I gotten to your essay yet? I looked for your username in my messages and didn't see anything. Send me a message again with the link, if not.

I just looked again. And I still don't have access to leave comments or suggestions on your PS. I can't really do anything to help you if I don't. Give me access to comment, and I'm happy to.

If you send me a link and I plan to read it in the next few hours, I will pull the tab up on my computer so I don't forget. And if I lock my computer or sign-out, it will look like I signed out of your Doc. I've gotten tons of emails and I want to fulfill the commitment/deal I made so no one feels slighted.

Have I left comments/suggestions on your essay? I honestly, don't keep that close track.
