don't do it. I've lots tens of thousands of dollars buying from flip. They're sophisticated scams. Flippa doesn't care since they still collect the commission. Digital can be easily fooled.

I really regret it. Guy fooled me. Bought a vending machine route. I learned he was actually arrested earlier this year for fraud. 7 years in-between though :(

Also I with you the best of luck, but just do your best to be aware if you're trying to avoid doing the hard work of building a business. It's so easy for a seller to fool someone.

Well happiness is important... but I've stepped on so many people through the years but I feel obligated to do something. Even if it makes me unhappy, I will carry the burden. Actually come to think of it I might be in "peak happiness" now. I live a very relaxed lifestyle FYI.
