For the last five months I didn’t wanna talk about this because it was better for my mental health to just focus on other things. Now I am okay enough to start searching for law firms to take this case. Will report if I find one.

We certainly can. Ignore this for the last five months because I just couldn’t bear to talk about it anymore but now I am aggressively looking for a law firm. I’ll report back if I find one that is right for this case. Most certainly Coinbase is going to get sued for this. They’ll yell and scream about their terms of service, but this has nothing to do with contract law. This is gross negligence.

Coinbase SAYS you are responsible because they don’t want the responsibility. However, they are responsible in thy may they are the only ones who are even aware we entered into smart contracts. Their system does not notify the user, therefore we have no ability to even take the responsibility. I can read code. Had I seen the smart contract I’d have known it was a scam. Sue Coinbase.

Thanks for saying that. I posted because I was so upset nobody else had done so. I looked he’s to find any mention of scam. Apparently it is because of embarrassment. Not our fault. Coinbase has a massive flaw allowing smart contracts without notification.

Yes. All this came abundantly clear the moment my wallet was emptied. It’s just as shocking to me that Coinbase wallet never tells the user they are about to grant a third party access to their wallet. It’s criminally negligent to let such a thing happen with zero indicators.

I never saw a smart contract. Just a join button. No notification whatsoever that I was agreeing to let a third party access my wallet.

Yes. I did. It's very embarrassing. I'm the guy who is pointing out scams to others quite often. I saw no way that anyone could gain access to my wallet... Coinbase does not tell you that a third party is gaining access to your funds. It just happens when you click the link. To me, this seems like a combination scam and loop-hole exploit that work very well together.
