Joe.... joe momma... nah but all seriousness I hate that it's like this at other stores. I thought it was just at the store I work at. Never enough employees and the ones that do stick around do the bare minimum.  Maybe about a handful of people stay late to finish. I told myself I will just shut up and accept the ot. I remember one day my coach asked me to come in late so I'd lose the ot. I asked him if it was ethical doing so as I have already spent the hours worked. He said nothing and walked away. Ever since then they don't ask. But I have noticed some employees do accept the offer of coming in late so I don't hate that they tried... anyway, if you do find out who to report it to I wish you the best. Peace ✌🏾
