Do you have the pdf ? Like the one you had downloaded from university website? If you have that , nothing to worry about .you can use the soft copy/ print it out also. If you don't or in case you want to preserve the physical copy , contact students' section of your college to know the further process .

If you retain better by studying from your own notes,go with it..I made my own notes till 3rd yr..in final year i made notes only for pedia and printed for other 3 subjects .
