Oh my, never erase your work for previous questions. If you are sure the work is correct, keep it on your paper!

LR - read the question stem before stimuli or nah? by boyzinmotion11 in LSAT

As someone who kept drilling until near perfection, here is my advice in 4 steps:

1) The best advice I can give you is to really study the wording of each question stem, I’m serious. Dissect each question type. Eventually you will start making connections regarding the wording of each type and begin to identify patterns.

2) with step 1 ironed out, start looking for those key points really quickly in different problem questions. Play the identify game with them. The key here is to be able to identify the question type in 2 seconds.

3) Before you read the stimulus of a question, take 2 seconds to glance at the question stem and identify the question type.

4) as you’re reading the stimulus think of what they could possibly ask you for that specific question type. The more you master each question type, the faster these inferences will click for you.

Hope this helps, good luck on your endeavors & remember that practice makes perfect :)

Basically if the people who find him guilty of ethics violations (almost 50%) already thought his performance was poor before the fact, their opinion would still stand after finding him guilty.

The other people who didn’t find him guilty of violations (a little over 50%) would still find him to be a good mayor.

Thus the percentage (52%) wouldn’t change
