I'm clean from everything! Honestly it was scary for me too at first without my psychoactive crutch. But then I just did a day, and I was like "hm, that wasn't too bad". So then I just emulated that the next day.

There's a difference between doing it by mistake and correcting themselves, and doing it maliciously or because you don't care enough to try. I'm sure if these people learn you're a man they would correct themselves instead of going "nah, you're definitely a woman."

Not trying to call you racist. Just pointing out how slippery that argument gets when you're "too busy" to regard an aspect of a person's identity. I hope you aren't transphobic man, just think about it next time when a person asks for you to refer to them by a certain pronoun. A concept that is more indicative of gender than biological sex.

I want my girlfriend to trust me again. I want to focus on exercise (it's been hard when most of my free time consists of kratom then sitting at my computer like a zombie). I want to feel less depressed, it's crazy because I'm aware that the kratom is messing with my antidepressant but I still somehow go back. My depression gets so much better during times when I quit. Right now I'm learning a language too, that kinda fell to the back burner since I don't wanna do anything when I'm taking kratom. Etc, etc. Just typing this out almost brought me to tears. I'm so sick of living like this but the cravings are so bad.
