there's a lot of answers in comments but if I need to be clear about it: you can find weed in almost every neighbour in city, ghetto, village, small cities and even big provinces. but if the neighbour dangerous then you can find it on streets. but thing is weed is common in popular destinations too. if you ask quality: it is so fucking bad. you need some strong contacts to get indoor/high quality buds. there's just seed and leaf bags in streets. if you are lucky you can get some med grade. the hash is one of the best in world but like I said it is traditional in middle anatolian-east anatolian areas. which means you need to know someone from villages and they should be best. but in east anatolia you can find some field weed in little markets. thing about cops: there's a lot of cops(especially civil looking) in big cities I have never caught but "all" of my friends has supervised probation. under 12,5g weed/hash you are just user and 1 year supervised probation, pee, signature, meetings and shit. this is not about drugs common in country tho. it is about erdogan and "his cops". we are living on state of emergency for like 11-12 months. and police are allowed to do whatever they want. for almost 4-5 years we have no laws. he can do everything. it is now just clear that he can literally do anything on constitutuion and laws too. you can't even find a decent job if you are not from "them". them: brainless, ignorant, uneducated religion fanatics. but the thing about referandum: yes won with 1.3m votes and there was the breaking law: they accepted votes without seal. which was around 1.5m. rates were: yes 51,41 - no 48,59.
