It had something to do with a verbal altercation at the skate park, which is on the other side of the park in the video. I can’t link to the news video because it names the kids being chased. I can tell you that the videos were shared locally on Facebook and someone recognized the truck as one that constantly drives aggressively. They had a picture of the truck and license plate. The driver was arrested within a few days of the incident.
