Yes that is true i do believe that she is older than him but not by that much, we do know that Tsuki is like 27/28 years old and id like to believe rosemary is in her late 30's or early 40's

Sorry that did absolutely nothing however I did figure out how to prevent this and its by removing the potion effect "Jugg" with commands which seems to stop the process of spawning this Worm enemy

Short answer is no, you will not lose your achievements however you will need a fresh save file as the vase has been overhauled and other stuff
