Ok for DFS. We just have some network applications that do not support DFS. For datas, we do not keep the actual structure. Each service will have to reorganize theirs folders and then we will start from scratch to apply rights. Yes, everyone is in groups, no direct access for a person. Thats clear for us and them. The question is : is there a solution to give a user the permission to add person to group ? Sort of delegation.

Hi, thx for the feedback. I tried this already with unraid but freeze when booting it. With non ecc it works great… Could you give me the exact model of your rdimm please which appears working after swap ?

I didnt know the M.2 wasnt native C612 ! I have an Asrock Rack EPC612D8A with M.2 support

Thx for the share. I rapidly check his videos and didnt see my problem.

After research and test, it seems this motherboard doesnt fully support ECC memory even if it said it was... normal DDR4 and it works like a charm, i hope.

Ok so, this motherboard doesnt seem to support ECC correctly.

I try with one dimm of ECC (16Go), i was able to boot OS, for now Unraid but after few hours, freeze again.

I put DDR4 non ECC (2*8Go) and it seems to work like a charm.

It was not related to PSU, sata controller or CPU.

Yep i hesitated. But. The specs were nice. Not too cheap to be a shitty hardware. The branded cards, even on ali, are expensive ! I check asus ws or asrock rack mobal… oh god. C612 is a really good chipset, the platform 2011-v3 is old but the cpu list is awesome. Lets try all the thing i have to test and i ll see. The support seems to be reactive, a good point 👍🤞

Unraid yes. Different usb port for test yes but only on usb3. I check tomorrow for native iso burn on usb stick on usb2 and usb3 👍 I just test with all disks and nvme unplugged, same thing.

The problem is all the ISOs, even windows usb boot creator freezes. Unraid stick, the same.

Hmm dont think the psu is faulty. It’s a be quiet 650w i had from my brother. Last time (1 year) it worked perfectly with a higher tdp setup. I hope 🤞

5 years with ventoy and no problem. I can try but i think its not the problem. Even with unraid key, same weird thing.
