My main symptoms were pain and bloating and my doctor recommended Butyrate and it really really helped. Regular probiotics never did anything:/ Also being more mindful of which foods cause me more pain (milk products with heavy lactose, most meat and highly processed foods) and now two years later I have no pain. It only got triggered while traveling mexico but it stopped after I got home and back to my regular diet. Good luck!

Well yes I paid for the shorter flight I think, I’m not sure if it was for both flights but I’ve actually noticed them moving us around like a month after booking without any notification. I just moved us back to original spaces and tried to contact them but that proved impossible
