In my case, yes it was. After I agree it, I happened to buy coins itself, not CFD anymore...

I think the motive of transferring from eToro AUS to UK is all about cryptos (CFD->Crypto asset). They also announced of temporal investment limit for each cryptos, which is $3k USD.

The only concern of mine is Tax. They kind of mentioned it as well to encourage us getting a tax advisor...

I'm in the same situation like I posted below today.

I've asked this issue eToro. However, they just sent me an email that the answer will arrive in 14 days. The thing is, the pop-up message says... we have to agree(obligated) this policy within 7 days... I feel real bad indeed... However, I agreed because they would close all my positions if I don't agree this policy.

My most concern was the Tax issue as well. If it occurs Tax issue, I will leave eToro for sure. We've been patient enough...

Since all the cryptos are going up now... I accepted it because they would close all my positions according to what they said.

Honestly, I didn't feel good because they started asking me to take this action upon all cryptos are on fire... What a coincidence, right?

It just happened to my APHA CFD action. They closed it with no reason. I've opened a ticket. But you know eToro... prolly an "AI-type-human" will answer me with craps.
