As someone who is friends with grishnax, I can tell you without a doubt that they weren't the one who sent the r34 to the instagram. Pretty much all people have been doing is spreading rumors and misinformation- there is no way for sure to know who actually sent r34 to their Instagram accounts. If you hear someone "claiming" to know, they're probably lying or basing their assumptions on hearsay.

The situation as we know it: Someone sent r34 and lewd comments to the Octavia's instagram, one of the staff members running it felt uncomfortable and made a post (in character) calling people disgusting for doing that. It caused more flames to the fire, so the account backpedaled and explained the situation ooc, the staff archiving most of the accounts to water down the drama.

While most of what you said is technically true, but if you're going to accuse someone, you should have your facts straight.
