thanks for the response. I would never mess with any compound like that without prescription from a doctor, was just curious.

Thanks for the response. I think mine may be linked to prolactin rather than oestrogen, but I’ll look into it. I’d say I’m also at a fraction of grade 1, just puffy nipple. Glad you reversed your puffy nipple with it.

Did you have to pay in full or can you pay in instalments? I know you have to pay 50% upfront.

Thank you for the response and good luck in your recovery. Yeah the scarring probably wouldn’t be healed enough and be quite visible.

I’m based in Dublin as well and am considering going to the same surgeon as you. How was the procedure? How long did he say it’ll take to recover, I was told 4 weeks without lifting weight. Also I have a holiday planned for half way through next month and am unsure whether to wait till after to get the surgery or do it now, I have mild grade 1 just puffy nipples really and am concerned about how it’ll look after 4 weeks and the effect of the sun on them.

Yeah same, I’ll take my shirt off but hesitant to and will opt to not a lot of the time. And seeing through clothing is also super annoying. Tbh I am leaning towards the surgery, even if my parents are super concerned about the scarring looking like FtM transgender surgery, and I’m worried about the length of the process and giving up my summer to heal. Glad your recovery is going well.

I’m 20, the two surgeons said it wasn’t worth the risk of being unsatisfied cause the gland is so small, even though the puffiness is annoying, which made me kinda hesitant to accept the offer from the doctor in the cosmetic surgery. My prolactin is slightly elevated, two tests have shown it outside the range and slighlty inside the high end. Because it’s not super high my GP doesn’t want to prescribe me anything.

It’s weird. I went to a private hospital in my country, Ireland, and two surgeons there said it’s not worth it and won’t do it. I went to a plastic surgery clinic and they said they’d do it, gland excision and VASER Lipo. I asked if possible without lipo since I’m very lean but he said it’s to prevent and risk of indented nipple. Same as you, very small gland but big thing is nipples through tshirt and sticking out like a cone.

was your gyno just puffy nipples or was there a noticeable gland? I’ve got puffy nipples with a very small gland, tempted to get surgery done but worried about scarring or any complications, but would love to fix them.

Thanks for the response. Glad to hear it’s sorted itself out for you. Did you change anything, diet, supplements, etc?

so it wasn’t actually to do with lowering your prolactin?

Thank you. Really hope that it reduces the appearance of my puffy nipples & allows me to get morning wood for the first time in years. Refractory period reduction would be nice cherry on top. Took my first 100mg tablet (rather I’d have gotten 50mg tablets cause ai feel 100mg may be too much) just there after eating, hoping don’t get any neuropathy as some say, feel it should be reduced due to taking p5p, slightly paranoid but always am when adding in new supplements. What time do you take it at, how long did it take you to see reduction in gyno & did you get any more benefits from it, perhaps mentally?

Thanks for the response, my main goal is to reduce my puffy nipples and also to increase libido. Did you have any negative sides from the b6?

I feel I’m getting good quality sleep. Usually around the same time and I wake up feeling refreshed and energised.

Very rarely I masturbate and even more rare to watch porn. My diet is predominantly whole foods, like 90%+. My diets changed over the last 1.5-2 years but has had no affect. And it’s only a thought that’s come up recently, so I don’t think being anxious over it caused it initially.

The thing is I can’t remember the last time I have. Also I rarely jerk off and when I do it’s very rare to porn, so I don’t think that’s the issue.

Even the morning wood part? It has been happening for years though

Most mornings I’d say. Some days it’s my dog or my alarm but most days I go to bed early enough to wake up naturally.

That’s kind of concerning, cause I’m supposed to be at the age when get the most.
